Rev Ven Enock Karamuzi Installed as Nyabiteete Archdeacon
Rukungiri: The Bishop of North Kigezi Diocese Rt Rev Onesimus Asiimwe on Tuesday July 23, 2024 installed Rev. Ven. Enock Karamuzi as the archdeacon of Nyabiteete Archdeaconry, located in Kata Cell, Nyabiteete Parish, Buyanja sub-county, Rukungiri district.
During a function held at St. Peter’s Church of Uganda Nyabiteete Archdeaconry, Bishop Onesimus, praised Rev. Ven. Karamuzi as a humble, intelligent, and knowledgeable leader.
He encouraged him to serve with integrity and build a good public reputation by the time he retires.
Rev. Ven. Kaboyi David who represented Rt Rev Bishop Emmanuel Ntazinda of Kibungo Diocese in Rwanda as the day’s preacher, urged Ven Karamuzi and his wife Constance Karamuzi to reach out to those who have stopped attending church services and those who only attend on festive days.
He advised against delegating this responsibility, encouraging him to personally bring people back to the church.
In his remarks, Enock Karamuzi expressed gratitude to the Christians who have supported him and thanked the Bishop for the trust placed in him. He committed to serving God, the Diocese, and the church leaders, government, and congregation with respect.
