Hon. Eliab Naturinda Hails Rugora Family for Community Development.

Kabale: The hopeful Member of Parliament for Ndorwa West Hon. Eliab Naturinda Mporera, praised Mzee Telesphora and Rena Rugora for their outstanding contributions to community development and education in Kamungaguzi Subcounty, Kabale District.

Speaking at the couple’s golden jubilee celebrations held at their home in Kicumbi Parish on December 27, Hon. Naturinda commended the Rugora family for educating not only their children but also supporting others in the community. He highlighted their role in initiating development projects and inspiring young leaders in Ndorwa West.  

Naturinda described Mzee Rugora and his family as a shining example of dedication to education and community growth. He added that their efforts have uplifted many lives in Kamungaguzi, and their legacy will continue to inspire future generations. 

As we’re in festive seasons, Hon. Naturinda encouraged the public to embrace the spirit of love, giving, and reflection.  He added that Christmas is a time to celebrate with family and share blessings with others and also encouraged the public to enter in the new year with unity, hope, and a commitment to the development of our communities.
