
Rukungiri Fish Farmers Receive 50,000 Fry and 2 Tons of Feed
Rukungiri: Fish farmers in Rukungiri District have received 50,000 fry fish and 2 tons of fish feed from the government in a move aimed at boosting productivity, generating income, and improving livelihoods.
The distribution was confirmed by Deputy Resident District Commissioner (RDC) Wilberforce Ahimbisibwe Ongom on March 25, at the Rukungiri District headquarters.
Ahimbisibwe urged farmers to take full advantage of the government’s support to enhance their productivity, increase their income, and contribute to the development of their communities. He also reaffirmed the RDC office’s commitment to monitoring and supporting government programs.
