20 Rukungiri Farmers SACCO Members Win Christmas Goodies in Bonanza

Rukungiri: A total of 20 members of Rukungiri Farmers SACCO have received Christmas goodies through the Christmas Bonanza game that has been running for almost three months.

The promotion, which started on October 1, involved three categories: saving a specific amount of money, buying shares, and recruiting new members.

All participants received gifts for saving with the SACCO. The goodies included chicken, rice, and bar soap.

While officiating at the handover ceremony on December 23, held at the SACCO headquarters on Kifunjo Road in Rukungiri Town, the Secretary to the Board, Deus Mugarura, who represented Board Chairperson Andrew Agaba, thanked members for taking part in the draw and for trusting Rukungiri Farmers SACCO with their savings.

A midwife at Hosanna Medical Center, Anita Owomugisha, praised Rukungiri Farmers SACCO for its excellent customer care and for safely keeping members’ savings.

Rukungiri Farmers SACCO General Manager, Patience Agaba, explained that although many people participated in the promotion, only 20 members qualified for prizes.
