Rev. Gumisiriza Urges Christians to Use Time Productively as P.7 Pupils Are Dedicated to God
Rukungiri: Christians of Buhandagazi Church of Uganda in Nyabiteete, Buyanja Sub-county, Rukungiri District have been urged to use their time wisely and engage in productive work, since time wasted can never be regained.
The call was made on October 19, by Rev. Syson Gumisiriza while preaching at Buhandagazi COU Parish, during a service in which Primary Seven pupils of Buhandagazi Nursery and Primary School were dedicated to God ahead of their Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE).
Rev. Gumisiriza advised the candidates to use the remaining days before their exams to revise their books, and encouraged parents to utilize their time productively, especially in agricultural activities.
He expressed concern that many families continue to live in poverty because some people waste time instead of working hard to improve their livelihoods.
