Rev. Gershom Muhumuza Refutes Claims of Christians Slaughtering His Cow
Rukungiri: The former parish priest of Kitazigurukwa Church of Uganda, Rev. Gershom Muhumuza, has dismissed media reports alleging that Christians from his former parish slaughtered his cow.
Rev. Muhumuza in a phone interview with our reporter on January 14, clarified that his cow was stolen on July 19, 2024, while he was away in Kampala. He said he immediately arranged for radio announcements to locate the cow, but by the following morning, his workers found dogs feeding on the meat.
Rev. Muhumuza stated, refuting the allegations that it is likely that thieves were behind this act, not the parishioners.
