RDC Nsubuga Promises Tight Security for NRM Primaries in Rukungiri.

Rukungiri: The Resident District Commissioner (RDC) for Rukungiri District, Steven Nsubuga Bewayo, has assured the public of tight security ahead of tomorrow’s (July 17) NRM parliamentary primary elections.

Speaking during an interview with our news reporter at the Rukungiri Municipal headquarters on July 16, RDC Nsubuga said security personnel will be deployed starting tonight to ensure the elections are peaceful and well-organized.

He emphasized that the Rukungiri District Security Committee is fully prepared to handle any form of violence or intimidation, warning individuals who may attempt to disrupt the voting process or chase others from the voting lines.

Nsubuga also urged the public to remain calm, avoid taking bribes, and elect leaders who will truly represent and work for them.

He encouraged everyone to wake up early tomorrow and peacefully cast his/her vote to choose leaders who will serve the people, not those who buy their way into office.
