Mp Naboth Namanya Launches His Campaign, Urges Voters To Elect Development-Oriented Leaders
Rukungiri: The Member of Parliament for Rubabo County, Hon. Naboth Namanya, has officially launched his campaign at Nyakisoroza Playground in Nyakishenyi Sub-county, Rukungiri District.
While addressing residents on November 10, in Kisiizi, Omukinyinya, Nyarurambi, Kampala Trading Centre, and Nyakisoroza Trading Centre, all in Nyakishenyi Sub-county, Hon. Namanya called on voters to support capable and development-oriented leaders who are committed to transforming their communities.
Namanya noted that during his term of service, Rubabo County has witnessed improvements in clean water access, education, health services, and road infrastructure.
He emphasized that the people of Rubabo deserve leaders who are tested, trusted, and development-focused, urging voters to elect leaders based on their track record and commitment to service delivery.

The former Rukungiri District Woman Member of Parliament, and now aspiring candidate, Hon. Betty Bamukwasa Muzanira, advised women to respect, trust, and understand their husbands, saying this strengthens family unity and fosters development at the household level.
She also urged men to love and support their wives, emphasizing that peaceful homes are key to community growth and stability.
The Councilor for Kinyasano Ward, Western Division, Rukungiri Municipality, who also serves as the Secretary for Information and Publicity for the People’s Progressive Front (PFF) Rukungiri District, Innocent Rubarondesa, encouraged the public to choose leaders who understand local challenges in their villages rather than focusing on money and religion during elections.
