Immaculate Heart Girls Nyakibale Dedicates 356 Senior Six Candidates Ahead of UACE Exams
Rukungiri: Immaculate Heart Girls School Nyakibale has today November 9, held a dedication mass for 356 Senior Six candidates as they prepare to sit for their UACE exams tomorrow November 10.
The dedication mass was celebrated by the Parish Priest of Sacred Heart Rushoroza Parish – Kihiihi, Rev. Fr. Young Innocent Buregyeya at the school chapel. In his sermon, Rev. Fr. Buregyeya urged the candidates to be filled with the power of the Holy Spirit as they begin their exams and even after leaving school. He advised them to honor and protect their bodies, using them for the glory of God rather than for immoral behavior.
The school headteacher, Sister Sabina Tumusiime, encouraged the candidates, referred to as the class of 2019–2025, to keep their bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit. She urged them to remain disciplined, live holy lives, and uphold the good image of the school when they join university.
Sister Sabina reminded them that their teachers and parents have invested much in their education and spiritual growth, and therefore they should stay focused and complete their studies successfully.
