Dean Amatsiko Urges Believers to Trust in Jesus’ Sovereignty
Rukungiri: Christians have been urged to put their trust in the sovereignty of Jesus Christ and remain strong in faith.
This message was delivered on November 23, by The Very Rev. Amatsiko Niwegariho, Dean of Emmanuel Cathedral Kinyasano, during a thanksgiving ceremony held at the home of Akunda Peace Burwomwe in Rwakabengo Ward, Rukungiri Municipality.
Rev. Amatsiko emphasized the importance of unity as a powerful testimony of God’s love, noting that it strengthens believers in service and outreach. He encouraged the congregation to trust Jesus in everything they do, reminding them that He is present in every part of their lives and urging them to align their actions with His will.
He further cautioned Christians against questioning God’s methods of salvation, explaining that God often tests faith in unexpected ways. Instead, he urged them to trust Him fully in all circumstances.
During the event, Akunda Peace Burwomwe expressed her gratitude to everyone who attended and supported her thanksgiving ceremony. She thanked God for guiding her through 58 years of life, acknowledging His goodness, care, and continued provision for her and her family.
