Church Leader Urges Christians to Work Hard, Forgive, and Embrace Generosity
Rukungiri: The head of laity at Yakobo Orikwera Buhandazi Church of Uganda Parish, Benon Tugume, has called on Christians to work hard, forgive, and live responsibly.
While preaching during today’s service November 30, where Tugume and his wife, Jackline Tumuheirwe the Station Manager of Country Radio held a thanksgiving ceremony, he emphasized the importance of hard work, noting that the effort one puts in determines the results they reap.
Tugume further urged Christians to forgive, pay their debts, and adopt a mindset of diligence and generosity, assuring them that such virtues attract blessings and greater rewards.

The Parish Priest of Yakobo Orikwera Buhandazi Church of Uganda, Rev. Saison Gumisiriza, thanked Tugume for his dedicated service in God’s work. He underscored the importance of church leaders being able to read the Bible and preach, especially when the priest is absent.
