Bishop Asiimwe Urges Christians to Share Love and Support During Christmas.
Rukungiri: The Bishop of North Kigezi Diocese, Rt. Rev. Onesimus Asiimwe, has called on Christians to celebrate Christmas while supporting those in hospitals, prisons, and other vulnerable groups.
While delivering his Christmas message on December 23, to Christians through a presser held at the diocesan headquarters in Kyinyasano ward, Rukungiri Municipality, Bishop Asiimwe said that sharing with those in need at this time makes Christmas meaningful.
He also encouraged the public to ensure the festive season is peaceful, explaining that peace does not mean the absence of trouble but the ability to remain calm and harmonious amidst challenges.
The Bishop wished all Christians, politicians, and people of other faiths a blessed Christmas and urged them to cooperate in spreading the love of Jesus Christ.
